Start Walking: Feel much better everyday

Studies have been done showing that 30 minutes of daily exercise is actually way more effective than many of the anti-depressants on the market right now.  In American we have grown accustomed to just sitting around all day.  We go to work and sit down, come home sit down.  All we are doing everyday is sitting down.  Many of us are depressed and anxious because we are simply not getting enough blood pumping throughout our brains and bodies.  If you suffer from any type of anxiety or depression problems I guarantee you that if you walk 30 minutes everyday you will begin to notice a dramatic change in your entire mood and life.  If you commit to doing this everyday by the end of 1 month you will not believe the difference. Start walking and live healthier,longer, happier 🙂
